royal melbourne show 2014

we went to the shows last year too just that i wasn't so into blogging much about my life last year. i wonder why i've become so into it this year. i feel the need to write down as much of what's been going on as possible. maybe to remind myself of all the good things that's been happening. to really look at the bright side. writing it here actually helps me to look back and remind myself of all the stuff that's been happening. if not, everyday will just pass by and before i know it, i can't even remember what has happened. anyways....this year we truly enjoyed ourselves at the shows.

we watched something like this in Queenstown which was way more interesting than this because the dog brought all the animals from the fields and down the hill into the small shed for the demonstration.

speaking of Queenstown, i don't think i even blogged about it
there were so many things that happened during the trip that i think i should've written it down. because it all seems a little too fuzzy now

i love and am scared of huskies at the same time.
it's just their eyes. a bit too freaky for me

i love german shepherds. but i don't think the husband will allow me to get one

this year we managed to catch the woodchop shows.
it was interesting and fun to watch
the husband enjoyed it very much since he used to love watching it on tv

we managed to catch this one because all the times of the shows weren't running at the proper times
this was the last show for the "dancing with dogs" demonstration
it was so cute and weird at the same time seeing this owner dancing with her dog
the music was very upbeat but their movements were so slow and awkward

i love bichon frise!

what a good day indeed
the forecast said showers and thunderstorms but thank God there was none of that
but it was incredibly windy
so much so that the fireworks (i love fireworks!) was cancelled :(
boooo!

this dessert was delicious
we're definitely visiting their shop!

more woodchop
really respect this uncle
look at how old he is and yet he was competing among young men

the "exquisite egg show"
this was really nice to look at
all the details

amazing cakes
they had these last year as well
think they got better this year

template from the app
should've downloaded the app last year as well

when i was younger, i LOVE minnie mouse

this was by far the most interesting game i saw throughout the show.
but it was so difficult to win too. haha

something new.

we went and try something new today. i love stalking people on instagram and usually i get to find some people who loves eating out a lot. so i saw this photo of an interesting place that sells fried chicken with a choice of waffles or fries as a side. then, i saw they serve crab too. seeing that we haven't eaten crab in a long time, we decided to go try it out. now, i'm the kind of person who is very picky of the place and conditions that i eat in. i don't mind going to the shops by the road side once in a while, heck, i happen to enjoy jalan alor's beef noodles okay. so don't get me wrong. but here, i won't eat at any dodgy places unless recommended by someone.

when we went to the place, it was an old pub. everything's run down, the floor were sticky, cushions on the chairs had holes in it, the kitchen was WAY too small, the door to the toilet looked incredibly gross. but i held it in, seeing as many has recommended to eat there. since the husband enjoys crab, i thought why not. try something new.

fried chicken with waffles and maple syrup
it was delicious. never knew fried chicken could be eaten with waffles

this was supposed to be the star of the day.
but meh.... it was alright

i had to take this photo.
don't my little boy look so cute with the bib?

procrastination at its best

i love love to procrastinate. before i start my assignments, i will go through fb, COC (i'll talk more bout it later), and blogs that i've bookmarked. after i've done everything, then i'll start with what's important. i guess you could say that i've got my priorities all mixed up.

so anyway, here am i again... procrastinating..

btw, the husband recently told me to download COC a.k.a clash of clans. apparently the game came out in 2009, and i guess we're about 5 years too late. haha oh wells. who cares. anyway, now a days i have to share my iPad. i no longer have it all to myself. i'm like a child having to take turns using the iPad. so, it's been quite nice. we've been spending time playing the game together. deciding how we should organize our buildings, what needs to be upgraded, who do we need to train up to go fight other people, watching the replay of how people attack us then plan on what needs to be upgraded or built. it's quite fun and addictive really :)

okay... i guess it's time for me to stop procrastinating. btw, if you haven't noticed, i've been posting up old posts that i've uploaded on dayre into our blog. enjoy reading old posts! :)
