our 2nd attempt

on thursday, we were asked once again to cook by his parents. and seriously it was scarier this time because:-

1. this is his father's "family" dish
2. we have not cooked kangkung belacan before

i'll let u compare as to which one looks nicer. on our 2nd attempt, we made too little gravy cuz HE said that there was more than enough. chis. don't want to listen to me some more la.

the first one looks yummier huh?
the meatball was nicer that's all
other than that
our 1st attempt was quite a failure

this time round
more flavor
the potato wasn't mashed up
no mushroom
didn't like the meatball cuz it was too tough and chewy

it was a FAILURE!
it tasted bitter
it was just plain YUCKS!

think i'm mastering the art of cooking the perfect egg. haha! kay la. set! next time i'm just gonna cook egg. hahaha!
