This morning I found the husband watching football highlights when he was supposed to be sleeping. Guess my alarm woke him up too. Which is alright since he didn't let me sleep when I was supposed to last night

See....I NEED my beauty sleep. I need at least 8 hours to function properly throughout the day. But my husband doesn't agree

So, I was partially listening in to what the commentator was saying while I was getting ready. Then I heard the name Sturridge... So I said, "Sturridge! He plays for Man City right?" Me trying to be smart and showing him that in the 8 years we've been together, I really DO listen to him when he talks about football

But to my dismay, he replied, rather unhappily, "No, he plays for Liverpool"

Oops!! There goes my chance of showing that I knew a thing or two after all these years
